BHDPManagement: MODS Scheduled Downtime
5/14/2013 *PLEASE READ* The monthly MODS patch window is on 16 May between 2200 and 2400 EST. During this time, the system will be unavailable.
MODS: May Scheduled Non-Production Maintenance
5/13/2013 May 15th between 2200-2400 we will be performing contractually required patching to all non-production MODS Systems. During the patch window (2200-2400) there will be intermittent 5-10 minute outages per server for system restarts. This only affects NON-PRODUCTION environments such as staging, demo and training.
MODS: May Scheduled Production Maintenance
5/13/2013 May 16th between 2200-2400 we will be performing contractually required patching to all production MODS Systems. During the patch window (2200-2400) there will be outages for system restarts. Please be advised we are scheduling the migration for CDB03 (Auth Tier - This affects availability for all applications) during the scheduled system downtime on Thursday 5/16. Normally outages only persist for a few minutes at a time during normal maintenance cycles for reboots however this outage is expected to persist for at least 2 hours. This affects all environments including PRODUCTION.
MODS: DKO Shutdown Does Not Affect MODS
5/3/2013 The DKO shutdown on May 31, 2013, will have no effect on MODS applications. All MODS applications will continue to accept CAC from all DoD users (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, TMA, etc.) and allow access to authorized users. Similarly, users that log into AKO with their username/password to access MODS' readiness applications (MEDPROS, eProfile, etc.) will not see a change.
BHDPManagement: v1.2.1 Revision
4/8/2013 A small patch has been released to address a problem where the new diagnosis options were causing a system error. The new diagnosis categories should now be working correctly.
BHDPManagement: BHDP v1.2.1 Release
4/7/2013 Version 1.2.1 of BHDP has been released. This version includes performance updates to the BHDP dashboard, new dashboard elements and a restricted view that removes all clinical information for interactions with commanders and non BH personnel. BHDPManagement: BHDP v1.2.0
3/18/2013 Version 1.2.0 of BHDP has been released. This release adds key updates such as increasing the CAC timeout length, adding query saving, enabling range reporting and a new treatment history graph. Complete release notes are available here.

BHDPManagement: BHDP Timeout Errors
3/4/2013 We are currently experiencing heavier load on the BHDP database than normal which is affecting application performance. We are looking into the issue and hope to have it resolved quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post another message with an update when it is available.
